With more than two decades of experience in mechanical design and engineering across architecture, aerospace, automotive, and professional motorsports, LEVERAGE brings a practical, performance-driven approach to every project. From developing components for high-performance applications to designing products and solving everyday engineering challenges, our experience has been built around one fundamental question: How can we make it better?

Meet the Founder

LEVERAGE was founded by Daniel Stanley, a mechanical design engineer with more than 20 years of experience turning ideas, challenges, and concepts into practical solutions.
Born and raised in the Winston-Salem North Carolina area, Daniel's career has taken him across several highly technical industries, including architecture, aerospace, automotive, and professional motorsports. His experience ranges from detailed CAD design and product development to solving the fast-moving, real-world engineering challenges found in competitive motorsports.
That diverse background shaped the philosophy behind LEVERAGE: great engineering requires more than technical knowledge. It requires curiosity, practical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to understand how a design will actually perform outside of the computer.
Whether developing a new component, reverse engineering an existing part, creating a prototype, or helping a client work through a difficult design problem, Daniel brings the same approach to every project: understand the challenge, find the opportunity, and engineer a solution that works.
LEVERAGE was created to make that experience available to businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals who need experienced engineering support without the overhead of a large engineering firm.
